- Lead user experience design for a mission-critical internal product, collaborating with product teams and stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver practical workflows and interface designs. Create and document designs in Figma, conduct usability testing, analyze research and data, iterate on solutions, and support implementation.
Requirements
- Applicants should have at least three years of experience designing internal tools or operational systems, strong UX/UI and workflow design skills, and experience with end-to-end product design and usability research. They should demonstrate empathy for non-technical users, data-informed decision-making, clear stakeholder communication, and a portfolio of real-world design work; Scrum, analytics tools, and AI experience are advantageous.
