Manage design compliance, quality, constructability, submittals, changes, construction support, stakeholder communication, budgets, and project risks.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related technical field, at least five years of relevant experience, and experience leading multidisciplinary design coordination on Design-Build or alternative-delivery projects. Candidates must understand design submittals, QA/QC, comment resolution, change management, and design-to-construction integration; proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools is required, as is U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
