Design and develop core and seasonal apparel across categories, creating concepts, prints, CADs, and complete tech packs while managing fit, quality, color standards, and vendor specifications. Collaborate with merchandising, planning, sales, and leadership to deliver assortments on schedule, support sales channels, and refine products using market research, sell-through, and customer feedback.

- Design and develop core and seasonal apparel across categories, creating concepts, prints, CADs, and complete tech packs while managing fit, quality, color standards, and vendor specifications. Collaborate with merchandising, planning, sales, and leadership to deliver assortments on schedule, support sales channels, and refine products using market research, sell-through, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Requires 3–5 years of apparel design or product development experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable experience, advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, and experience with tech packs, fit, quality, vendors, and Pantone color standards. Candidates should understand garments, fabrics, construction, trims, and retail costing, communicate effectively, manage multiple deadlines, appreciate classic men's style, and be able to work onsite in Atlanta; a portfolio is required.
