Requirements
- Candidates should demonstrate exceptional UX and UI craft, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to turn vague problems into complete, production-ready flows covering all states. They should explore and prototype at high volume, use AI tools as part of their design workflow, interpret product evidence, communicate decisions clearly, and maintain high quality standards.
