Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of UX research experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a track record of independently establishing research practices and conducting a broad range of mixed-methods studies. Candidates should be skilled in partnering with designers and analytics teams, influencing decisions, presenting to senior stakeholders, coaching non-researchers, and handling participant data ethically and in compliance with GDPR.
