Requirements
- Requires a relevant engineering qualification and approximately 10 or more years of hands-on MEP design and building services experience, including calculations, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation. Candidates must have experience coordinating complex multidisciplinary designs, understand applicable codes and life-safety requirements, and be proficient with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or equivalent; Miami residence or relocation is required.
