Design and iterate accessible, user-centred interactions, flows, wireframes, and prototypes for complex government services across discovery, alpha, beta, and live phases. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, use research and usability testing to validate designs, communicate design rationale, and support GDS service assessments.
Requirements
- Candidates need proven interaction design experience in UK Government or GDS-aligned organisations, a strong understanding of the GDS Service Standard and GOV.UK Design System, and experience across the full service delivery lifecycle. Strong prototyping skills, agile team experience, accessibility knowledge, and effective communication and stakeholder engagement are required.
