Develop and maintain global MEP design standards, specifications, guidance, and approved products, while reviewing designs from feasibility through commissioning and handover. Advise project teams on site and landlord constraints, challenge consultants and contractors, and ensure designs meet operational, resilience, regulatory, cost, and delivery requirements.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelorās degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 10 years of MEP design or delivery experience, including work with technical standards and projects across multiple regions. Candidates should have strong knowledge of building systems, international codes, sustainability frameworks, design software, and stakeholder management; chartered status is desirable.
