UI/UX Designer - Product Design Lead (Remote)

Lead product design from ideation through execution, creating cohesive, user-centered experiences and shaping the productâs visual identity. Collaborate with product managers and engineers, validate designs through user testing, and iterate based on feedback and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the design process from ideation through execution, delivering intuitive and cohesive user experiences aligned with Gradiâs vision
- Prioritize outcome over output, ensuring designs are impactful, userâcentered, and measurable
- Develop and refine visual identity, design schema, color palettes, typography, and branding for a consistent look and feel
- Translate user stories into effective design solutions and provide clear guidance to engineering for implementation
- Conduct user acceptance testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on realâworld insights
- Adapt to a fastâpaced environment, manage tight deadlines, and evolve designs as requirements change
Requirements
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, InVision, Proto.io, and Miro
- Strong foundation in color theory, typography, and cohesive visual identity creation
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and solve implementation challenges
- Familiarity with product management concepts including user stories, outcomeâfocused design, and user acceptance testing
