Partner with buyers and cross-functional teams to achieve optimal fit, consistent sizing, quality construction, and improved processes, while supporting training and performing technical designer duties for assigned products.
Requirements
- Requires 10 or more years of technical design experience and at least 3 years of team management experience, with significant technical design skills across multiple product categories. A degree in apparel manufacturing, technical design, or pattern making is preferred; relevant skills include pattern making, grading, measurement, specifications, garment construction, fit analysis, problem-solving, communication, and computer proficiency.
