Design and develop licensed apparel and prints for MLB, MiLB, and collegiate programs, from concepts and CADs through tech packs, approvals, and production. Coordinate with internal teams, licensors, and vendors to manage samples, color standards, assortments, and seasonal development timelines.

- Design and develop licensed apparel and prints for MLB, MiLB, and collegiate programs, from concepts and CADs through tech packs, approvals, and production. Coordinate with internal teams, licensors, and vendors to manage samples, color standards, assortments, and seasonal development timelines.
Requirements
- Requires 3–5 years of apparel design or product development experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable experience. Candidates need advanced Illustrator and Photoshop skills, experience with tech packs, color standards, garment development, and vendor coordination; licensed sports experience is strongly preferred.
