Define the design language strategy and modernize Google Ads products for the AI era, establishing consistent styles, components, and patterns across front-end frameworks. Lead visual storytelling and cross-product experiences, partner with engineering on automated UI standardization and large-scale migrations, and manage and mentor multidisciplinary design teams.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 10 years of product design or UX experience, and at least five years leading design projects and managing people or teams are required. Candidates also need visual and graphic design experience, experience with AI-enabled design processes, and a portfolio or other viewable work link; a relevant master's degree and experience in complex organizations, consumer platforms, motion design, and external presentations are preferred.
