Senior UX Design Manager and Visual Design Lead, Google Ads

Define the design language strategy and modernize Google Ads products for the AI era, while shaping cross-product experiences, visual narratives, and executive demonstrations. Establish shared design standards and tooling, collaborate with engineering and infrastructure leaders on large-scale UI migrations, and lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Applicants need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 10 years of product design or UX experience, and at least five years leading design projects and managing people or teams. They also need visual and graphic design experience, experience with AI-enabled design processes, and a portfolio or other viewable link to their work; a relevant master's degree and additional cross-functional, consumer-platform, motion-design, and presentation experience are preferred.
