Responsibilities
- Design and deliver website experiments, landing pages, sign-up flows, and interactive experiences, collaborating with growth marketers, developers, SEO, and performance marketing to test clear hypotheses and improve conversion. Use and evolve the design system, prototype rapidly with AI tools, hand off build-ready designs, QA shipped work, and analyze test results to inform future improvements.
Requirements
- Applicants need 5+ years of website and marketing-page design experience, a portfolio demonstrating tested outcomes and high-craft work, and experience working with growth or performance marketing teams. They should have strong Figma and design-system skills, excellent UI and interaction craft across responsive layouts, and the ability to manage multiple tests autonomously; motion, interactive tools, prototyping, B2B SaaS, or cybersecurity experience are advantageous.
