Requirements
- Candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating hands-on ownership of complex end-to-end journeys and measurable customer and commercial impact, along with experience using AI in design workflows and working in agile teams. Strong interaction and visual design skills, Figma fluency, research and experimentation experience, design-system knowledge, stakeholder influence, mentoring, and experience with regulated or high-volume transactional journeys are sought.
