Use AI tools and design systems to improve delivery while maintaining quality and accessibility, measure customer and commercial outcomes, and support team standards through critique and mentoring.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating hands-on ownership of complex end-to-end journeys and measurable customer and commercial impact, along with experience using AI tools in design workflows and working in agile teams. Strong Figma, interaction and visual design, research and experimentation skills are expected, as is experience with design systems, mentoring, and collaboration with content and research colleagues; regulated or high-volume transactional experience is relevant.
