Requirements
- Candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating hands-on ownership of complex end-to-end journeys and measurable customer and commercial impact, along with strong interaction and visual design skills. They should be fluent in Figma, experienced with AI-assisted design, agile delivery, research and experimentation, design systems, accessibility, stakeholder influence, and mentoring; experience in regulated or high-volume transactional journeys is valued.
