Requirements
- Candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating hands-on ownership of complex end-to-end journeys and measurable customer and commercial impact, along with strong interaction and visual design skills and fluency in Figma. They should also bring experience with AI-assisted design, agile teams and sprint planning, research and experimentation, design systems, accessibility, stakeholder influence, mentoring, and regulated or high-volume transactional experiences.
