Senior Product Designer (w/m/d) - remote

Develop thoughtful product solutions from initial sketches to final interfaces while collaborating closely with the engineering team. Utilize qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and prioritize features that provide the highest impact on user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop thoughtful solutions from sketch to final interface and work closely with engineering
- Identify problems and opportunities early, prioritizing with the product trio for maximum impact
- Design journeys, user flows, and prototypes to quickly validate ideas
- Combine qualitative and quantitative insights from research, feedback, and analytics
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, research, analytics, brand, and other stakeholders
- Introduce new methods, trends, and AI tools to improve the design process
- Contribute to design systems, work practices, and cross‑team design topics
- Share knowledge actively within the team
Requirements
- Multiple years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS
- Strong discovery skills and ability to translate research and analytics into design decisions
- Proficiency with AI tools like Claude and design tools such as Figma
- Experience with Dovetail and Mixpanel is advantageous
- Ability to craft journeys, user flows, prototypes and conduct testing
- Knowledge of design systems and cross‑functional design standards
- Excellent collaboration and communication with product, engineering, research, analytics, and brand partners
