Senior Design Manager – Highway P3 / DBFOM Projects

Lead design development and multidisciplinary coordination for major highway P3 / DBFOM pursuits, including conceptual designs, technical solutions, ATCs, and technical submissions. Coordinate with clients, public agencies, project teams, and stakeholders to align design with construction, operations, commercial objectives, schedules, and RFP requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead design development and multidisciplinary coordination for major highway P3 / DBFOM pursuits, including conceptual designs, technical solutions, ATCs, and technical submissions. Coordinate with clients, public agencies, project teams, and stakeholders to align design with construction, operations, commercial objectives, schedules, and RFP requirements.
Requirements
- Requires 15+ years of highway or transportation infrastructure experience, including U.S. P3 / DBFOM projects, bid and final design, multidisciplinary team leadership, DOT pursuits, proposal development, and ATC processes. Candidates should have strong technical judgment, communication and stakeholder coordination skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, availability for regular U.S. travel, and be based in Miami.
