Senior Design Manager - Planning and Design - MAS 4008

Develop and implement design guidelines and plans for assigned development projects, advising leadership on consultant selection and supporting project teams with design strategies, schedules, budgets, and plans. Review design deliverables and coordinate consultants from pre-concept through execution to maintain quality, achieve strategic objectives, and align projects with Qiddiya’s master plan.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement design guidelines and plans for assigned development projects, advising leadership on consultant selection and supporting project teams with design strategies, schedules, budgets, and plans. Review design deliverables and coordinate consultants from pre-concept through execution to maintain quality, achieve strategic objectives, and align projects with Qiddiya’s master plan.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is required; a master’s degree in one of these fields or a related field is preferred. Candidates must have 9–12 years of relevant experience.
