Senior Graphic Designer

Lead the in-house design studio, maintaining the clubâs brand and delivering high-quality creative assets across print and digital channels, campaigns, matchday materials, and major announcements. Manage and develop two designers, oversee studio workload and artwork quality, and collaborate with stakeholders and external suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative output of the inâhouse design studio, ensuring quality and brand consistency across print and digital channels
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, applying them across all club communications
- Lineâmanage two designers: set objectives, provide feedback, conduct reviews and support career development
- Plan and prioritize studio workload, balancing briefs from marketing, content, retail, commercial partnerships and operations
- Design and deliver highâprofile creative launches such as global campaigns, retail designs and kit releases
- Review and approve artwork for visual engagement, accuracy and production suitability
- Act as the primary liaison for the Director of Marketing & Communications and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams including marketing, content, retail, production, commercial partnerships and football operations
- Own production of printed matchday programmes and other matchday inventory, managing the matchday rota
- Manage relationships with external printers and suppliers
- Generate new ideas and drive design innovation, including motion graphics and emerging tools
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience (agency or inâhouse)
- Proven lineâmanagement, coaching or mentoring of designers
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong digital design experience
- Experience designing for print
- Relevant degree or qualification in design
- Passion for football and ability to meet tight deadlines
