Growth Design Manager, Web & Acquisition

Lead the strategy, design, experimentation, and execution of top-of-funnel web experiences, including landing pages, acquisition flows, sign-up, and interactive tools. Build and mentor a team of designers, strengthen scalable web design systems, and partner with Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Research, and Data teams to improve conversion and activation.

Requirements
- Candidates should have experience leading web design teams focused on acquisition or conversion, with strong visual, interaction, and web design craft. They should be skilled in experimentation, interactive web products, design systems, cross-functional collaboration, and communicating design decisions in terms of business outcomes.
