Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams, advocate for user needs, and translate insights into user requirements and design and business strategies.
Requirements
- Requires 2–3 years of experience conducting and managing research projects, expertise in either qualitative or quantitative methods, and a strong foundation in mixed-methods research. Candidates should be skilled at synthesizing findings, communicating insights, adapting to changing priorities, and working with digital products; experience with service design, design backgrounds, research platforms, or Figma is a plus.
