Create polished, implementation-ready interfaces for desktop, tablet, mobile, and robot products, and help evolve reusable design-system patterns. Collaborate with business, product, research, and engineering teams to define requirements, conduct customer design reviews and usability testing, and ensure accurate implementation.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in UI, UX, HCI, interaction design, or a related field, at least two years of UI or product design experience, and business-level spoken and written English and Japanese. Candidates should be proficient in Figma and design systems, understand responsive design and accessibility fundamentals, and demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and ownership skills.
