Responsibilities
- Create, evolve, and govern a scalable design system for web and mobile products, including tokens, component libraries, documentation, and accessibility standards. Use AI tools, including Claude Code, to streamline component creation, audits, and design-to-development handoff, while collaborating with Product and Development teams.
Requirements
- Requires experience creating or scaling design systems, strong proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools, and knowledge of Atomic Design, component-based design, and AI-assisted UI workflows. Candidates should also have HTML/CSS knowledge, experience designing web and mobile user flows, familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and agile methods, and availability for a hybrid schedule in Santiago.
