Advise hiring managers and senior leaders using market insights and recruitment metrics, while improving processes and ensuring an inclusive, positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge or experience, at least five years of recruitment experience, and at least two years recruiting for software development, design engineering, or electrical/mechanical engineering roles. Candidates should bring advanced sourcing, screening, stakeholder advisory, and negotiation skills; experience with energy companies and tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron, Tableau, or AI bots is preferred.
