Requirements
- Requires significant experience in instructional or learning experience design, training development, or a related field, along with experience leading or coaching design professionals. Candidates should have expertise in adult learning, digital learning tools, accessibility, visual design, project prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
