Requirements
- Significant experience in instructional or learning experience design, training development, or a related field is required, along with experience leading design or content development professionals. Candidates should bring expertise in adult learning, digital learning tools, accessibility, visual design, project prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration; a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
