Responsibilities
- Lead human-centered design efforts by immersing yourself in clinical environments to translate real clinical workflows into adaptive, AI-enabled solutions. Collaborate closely with clinicians, engineers, and product teams to validate user-centered prototypes that align with business objectives and brand standards.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Candidates must be able to work on-site 5 days per week and possess experience designing complex AI-enabled solutions in regulated healthcare environments.
