Responsibilities
- Define design vision and quality bar for observability products
- Lead design of multi‑surface experiences including AI‑powered interactions
- Partner with engineering, product, legal, accessibility, and data science teams
- Develop and evangelize scalable design systems
- Mentor senior designers and raise craft standards
- Communicate strategy and impact to senior leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years of design experience
- Strong portfolio of end‑to‑end product design work
- Expertise in user interface design, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience delivering design strategy through execution
- Ability to communicate design rationale to executive audiences
