Responsibilities
- Own and unify the customer journey across Tabby’s consumer products, designing onboarding, financial product activation through the first transaction, retention communications, and the subscription experience. Collaborate with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience from problem framing through production.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of product design experience, including meaningful experience with consumer products at scale, strong systems and product thinking, and the ability to simplify multi-product experiences. Candidates should have an end-to-end portfolio, cross-functional experience, high craft standards, and the ability to use AI tools to improve their workflow.
