Own and unify the customer journey across Tabby’s consumer products, designing onboarding, financial product activation through the first transaction, retention experiences, and the subscription journey. Collaborate with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers to validate and deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and unify the customer journey across Tabby’s consumer products, designing onboarding, financial product activation through the first transaction, retention experiences, and the subscription journey. Collaborate with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers to validate and deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of product design experience, including meaningful experience with consumer products at scale, strong systems and product thinking, and the ability to simplify multi-product experiences. Candidates should have an end-to-end portfolio, cross-functional experience, high craft standards, and the ability to use AI tools to improve their workflow.
