- Lead interaction design for the application to ensure accessibility and user‑friendliness
- Create and iterate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs and technical constraints
- Collaborate closely with user researchers to plan and execute usability testing sessions
- Translate research findings into actionable design improvements and strategic recommendations
- Define and maintain information architecture to help users navigate healthcare services
- Work alongside developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality design solutions
Requirements
- Extensive experience in UX design for large‑scale digital products or services
- Deep knowledge of interaction design principles and best practices
- Proven track record conducting user research and usability testing
- Proficiency in creating high‑fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Strong capability in defining information architecture and mapping complex user journeys
- Experience in public sector or healthcare applications (nice to have)
