Requirements
- Candidates should have 3â5 years of experience designing shipped B2B or enterprise software, fluency in Figma, and hands-on experience conducting user research and working within established design systems. They should be comfortable designing dense, data-heavy workflows, writing clear microcopy and handoff notes, collaborating with engineers, and making pragmatic scope decisions.
