Gather and clarify business needs, then design user journeys, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive Figma prototypes that turn complex requirements into clear, accessible interfaces. Work iteratively with users, business stakeholders, and developers to refine designs, support technical feasibility, maintain visual consistency, and stay informed about UI/UX practices.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and reâformulate business needs to identify user expectations and journeys
- Design user journeys, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Translate complex functional problems into clear, accessible and enjoyable interfaces
- Collect feedback from users and development teams, iterating on proposals
- Work closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility of designs
- Contribute to the definition and enrichment of common graphic principles for UI consistency within the AI Lab
- Stay upâtoâdate with UI/UX trends, methods and best practices
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in digital design, UI/UX, interaction design, ergonomics or a related field
- Proficiency with Figma for wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
- Understanding of core UI and UX design principles
- Ability to organize and hierarchy information within interfaces
- Awareness of accessibility, ergonomics and responsive design
- Strong communication skills to explain and defend design choices
- Creativity, curiosity and a keen sense of listening
- Analytical mindset and teamwork orientation
- Portfolio showcasing Figma projects (personal, academic or association) is recommended
