- Lead engineering design execution for major semiconductor facility projects, from concept development through issued-for-construction packages, coordinating external design partners and multidisciplinary teams. Oversee design reviews, technical issues, risks, constructability, and alignment with construction, procurement, operations, and project milestones, while applying AI-enabled tools to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
- A bachelorâs degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical field and at least eight years of relevant engineering, design, facilities, construction, or capital project delivery experience are required. Candidates also need experience leading teams or consultants through influence in a matrixed environment, oversight of external design firms, and a strong understanding of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project delivery processes.
