Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for compliance and risk management platforms, from discovery and workflow definition through high-fidelity designs and delivery. Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to validate user needs, resolve complex challenges, communicate design decisions, and strengthen the organizationâs design practice.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related discipline, including a track record of leading design initiatives from discovery through delivery. Candidates should have experience designing complex enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or workflow-driven applications, with strong interaction design, prototyping, and user-centered design skills.
