Conduct user research and create user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for digital experiences in the automotive and mobility sector. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into functional design specifications, present design solutions, and iteratively test and improve them.
Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research to understand user needs, behaviors and expectations
- Create user journeys, workflows, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Develop intuitive, functional and visually consistent UX/UI solutions
- Translate user needs into relevant digital experiences
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and multidisciplinary teams
- Convert concepts into user stories, functional specifications and development documentation
- Participate in an iterative design‑test‑improve cycle
- Create and present functional prototypes and design solutions to stakeholders
- Communicate design decisions through storytelling, presentations and demos
- Ensure alignment between user needs, product goals and technical feasibility
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in UX/Product Design
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and User‑Centered Design
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
- Experience creating high‑fidelity mock‑ups and functional prototypes
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to explore multiple design solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Design, Product and Development teams
- Experience with desktop software is a plus
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Current residence in Portugal with legal right to work
- Availability to start within 30 days
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
