Mechanical Design Manager, Broadcast

Lead the mechanical design team in developing broadcast facilities and systems, including mobile television units, fly packs, and studios, with responsibility for layouts, interiors, consoles, and materials. Oversee prototyping, fabrication, testing, budgets, proposals, training, vendor coordination, and collaboration with project teams to deliver installations on schedule.

Oversee prototyping, fabrication, testing, budgets, proposals, training, vendor coordination, and collaboration with project teams to deliver installations on schedule.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree in engineering, design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus at least five years of relevant industry experience. Candidates need broadcast facility and vehicle design knowledge, proficiency with AutoCAD, Autodesk Vault, Autodesk CFD, Microsoft Office, and 3D printing tools, and strong communication and project-planning abilities.
