UX/UI Design Manager

Lead and develop a team of designers creating polished, on-brand marketing sites for private label brands, providing creative direction and maintaining high standards for interaction, visual design, and user experience. Partner with marketing, brand, engineering, and senior design leaders to align design with customer and business goals, improve team processes, and deliver consistent, effective site experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of designers creating polished, on-brand marketing sites for private label brands, providing creative direction and maintaining high standards for interaction, visual design, and user experience. Partner with marketing, brand, engineering, and senior design leaders to align design with customer and business goals, improve team processes, and deliver consistent, effective site experiences.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of UI/UX design experience, including 3+ years leading designers or design teams, plus a strong portfolio of shipped marketing or brochure sites. Candidates should be proficient in Figma, understand design systems, brand guidelines, UX research, and accessibility, and have cross-functional experience and working knowledge of front-end code; no degree is required.
