Senior Product Designer UX/UI (m/w/d) – Conversational & Agentic AI

You will lead the design and UX strategy for an agentic AI product, creating seamless experiences across chat, voice, and other digital channels. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into functional, trustworthy, and scalable product concepts.
Responsibilities
- Translate user needs and business goals into product concepts, user journeys, story maps and feature specifications
- Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests and concept validation, turning findings into roadmap recommendations
- Design cross‑channel conversational experiences for chat, messenger, email, voice and notifications, deciding the right channel for each moment
- Create and maintain the PAIDAI design system in Figma, including visual language, tone of voice and interaction patterns
- Ensure design decisions flow into development through clear specs, components and rules, and review built features
- Design consent, data‑sharing and transparency moments that meet GDPR and AI‑Act requirements
- Collaborate closely with product, AI and engineering teams, testing ideas on the real product rather than static mock‑ups
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with responsibility for concepts or a whole product area
- Strong portfolio showing end‑to‑end problem solving, from research to shipped product
- Experience collaborating with product management using story mapping, prioritisation and hypothesis validation
- Proficiency with Figma, design systems and component‑based design
- Excellent written and spoken German (C1 level or higher)
- Curiosity about AI‑driven products and willingness to work with AI agents
- Experience in conversational, voice or multichannel design is a plus
