UX Designer

Conduct user research and design end-to-end experiences for AI-enabled mortgage workflows, including user journeys, interfaces, prototypes, and human review and exception paths. Collaborate with product, business, engineering, and quality teams to measure usability and adoption, support launches, and maintain reusable AI interaction patterns and design system assets.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of progressive UX, product design, service design, or user research experience, and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work. Candidates should have advanced proficiency with Figma or comparable tools and experience with complex operational interfaces; practical AI experience design knowledge and financial services experience are preferred.
