Design user-focused solutions and concepts for business customers, working closely with developers, IT architects, product owners, and other stakeholders. Map user needs and journeys, plan and conduct user research and usability tests, create and test prototypes, and promote design expertise across the company.
Responsibilities
- Design new solutions that increase satisfaction for corporate administrators and users
- Collaborate with data engineers, UXâers, CXâers, developers, architects, product owners and other stakeholders
- Map user needs, journeys and define possible solutions
- Plan, conduct and analyse user tests and interviews
- Create sketches, prototypes and test them with customers
- Communicate the value of design and contribute design expertise across the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a design field, or relevant experience (3â5 years)
- Strong experience with Figma/FigJam
- Ability to work with complex processes in large companies and collaborate in crossâfunctional teams
- Excellent written and spoken Norwegian and English
- Knowledge of universal design and WCAG standards
- Strong skills in content design and clear communication
