UX Product Designer

Translate user research into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for the Attendi App, and test solutions with healthcare professionals. Design safeguards for AI use, conduct and document usability studies for medical-device certification, maintain the Figma design system, and collaborate with product, development, and compliance teams to deliver features.

Design safeguards for AI use, conduct and document usability studies for medical-device certification, maintain the Figma design system, and collaborate with product, development, and compliance teams to deliver features.
Requirements
- Candidates should have 2ā4 years of UX or product design experience in a sprint-based product team, experience with B2B SaaS, strong Figma skills, and native Dutch fluency. They should be research-led and able to balance startup delivery speed with testing and documentation; experience in AI, healthcare or other regulated sectors, medical-device usability, or user studies is an advantage.
