Senior Manager of Design Engineering & R&D

Lead electrical and/or mechanical design teams delivering accurate, manufacturable customer-specific transformer designs, including technical reviews, engineering releases, and timely factory support. Manage approved design improvements, engineering workload and quality, team development, and performance reporting while coordinating with manufacturing, quality, testing, procurement, and project management.

Manage approved design improvements, engineering workload and quality, team development, and performance reporting while coordinating with manufacturing, quality, testing, procurement, and project management.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, at least 8 years of experience designing power transformers or related high-voltage equipment, and at least 3 years in lead or management responsibilities. Candidates must demonstrate transformer design and review expertise, engineering change control, customer specification interpretation, and effective collaboration with manufacturing and other cross-functional teams.
