Lead and develop the design team while managing multidisciplinary structural engineering projects from feasibility through detailed design and delivery, primarily in the rail sector. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the design team while managing multidisciplinary structural engineering projects from feasibility through detailed design and delivery, primarily in the rail sector. Coordinate design approvals, project outputs, suppliers, budgets, schedules, client relationships, and team performance while ensuring compliance with company, BIM, regulatory, and client standards.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelorās or masterās degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering Council-accredited subject, at least eight years of engineering experience, and chartered membership of ICE or IStructE. Candidates should have experience managing multidisciplinary projects through all design stages, knowledge of relevant standards and BIM delivery, strong communication skills, and a valid driving licence; Network Rail standards knowledge is preferred.
