The UX designer will design new solutions to improve customer satisfaction for business users and administrators. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, IT architects, and product owners to map user needs and conduct user testing.
Responsibilities
- Design new solutions that increase satisfaction for business administrators and users
- Collaborate with data engineers, UXâers, CXâers, developers, IT architects and product owners
- Map user needs, journeys and create concepts with a focus on the user
- Plan, execute and analyse usability tests and user interviews
- Create sketches, prototypes and validate them with customers
- Communicate design value and provide design expertise across the organisation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design (3â5 years)
- Strong experience with Figma/FigJam
- Ability to use real data to evaluate design impact
- Excellent written and spoken communication in Norwegian and English
- Knowledge of universal design, WCAG, and content design
- Experience planning and conducting user tests and interviews
- Ability to work in complex, largeâcompany processes and multidisciplinary teams
