Requirements
- Requires proven senior-level UX experience, a strong portfolio, advanced Figma skills, and expertise in design systems and responsive digital products. Candidates should be able to lead client-facing workshops, balance user, business, and technical needs, and work effectively in Agile teams; financial services experience is preferred.
