Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) - Genève
Smile 🇨🇭 Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland
Conduct user research, identify usability issues, run usability tests and UX quality assurance, and design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma. Maintain and evolve the company design system, collaborate with product, business, and development teams, promote UX practices, and explore AI-assisted design tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, identify friction points and run usability tests
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI in Figma
- Produce and maintain screens that follow the company Design System
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts and developers
- Promote UX culture and maturity across teams
- Explore and integrate AI‑assisted design tools
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product design experience on complex digital products
- Experience working in agencies, consultancies or large enterprise projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX/UI work in Figma
- Proven ability to work with existing design systems and contribute to their governance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
